“You get an extra push. Much quicker turns!”
When you are stickhandling or shooting your accuracy, hardness and speed will be determined by your ability to create power and support in the whole chain, from the foot to the puck, involving all the muscles and joints in between. One weak link in this chain will have a negative effect on the end result. While stickhandling and shooting wearing your shoes can be good, it allows you to get away using a poor technique, as it is not revealed due to the stable support that the shoes gives you. Stickhandling and shooting using the Marsblade Roller Frame in general, and especially in this drill, you will force your body to improve every link in this chain, improving these two key skills for you as a hockey player.
